| A most recent example of this success is reflected in the average weekly visits to Innovative Systems' Website in the 5 weeks prior to and after the most recent re-design (04/01/05). Before the re-launch, visits averaged 3,300 per week. Immediately following a re-design with an emphasis on search engine optimization, Website visits jumped. In the following 5 weeks, they averaged 4,362. Also, in the past 3 years, through internet marketing and advertising, we have been able to increase our prospect base from a mere handful of email addresses to well over 10,600 addresses. These prospects receive email communications with news and offers on a regular basis in order to keep them interested in Innovative's products and services. |

| In an independent project for Dance Workshop By Shari, we developed a Website to provide better communications with the students and their parents as well as generate more interest in the studio classes and various dance performances. Each family is provided a password upon registration that grants them access to secure areas of the Website where they can download forms, access up-to-date news and view photos of the various studio activities. The message board and photo gallery are by far the most popular areas of the Website and, as a result, Dance Workshop By Shari receives constant exposure and interest in the studio. They regularly get email inquiries about the studio programs via the Website. |

I am highly technical with strong computer skills on both the software and hardware side. My creative talents touch all aspects of business development including: corporate branding, marketing communications, sales, service, customer support, and graphical user interface (GUI) design for software applications and web development. I am especially knowledgeable in areas of Website design as it pertains to navigational clarity and search engine optimization, and I have been the sole creative influence in the overhaul of several corporate Websites. I also have strong experience in lead generation through internet and email marketing.
